GDPR Compliance

VxLabs Security is fully committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). This document outlines our GDPR compliance measures.
1. Data Controller
VxLabs Security is a single entity operating from Dover (USA), Regensburg (Germany), and Giza (Egypt), and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through vxlabs.ai and our products. Under Art. 27 GDPR, the Regensburg office serves as our EU representative.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data under the following legal bases: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. International Data Transfers
When data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.

- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
6. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and staff training.
7. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay where required.
